On February 6, 2026, Archblock LLC and certain affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered as In re Archblock LLC, et al., Case No. 26-10152 (CTG). The Debtors began winding down their operations in 2025 and are no longer conducting ordinary-course business.
